Burrito

   My favorite food is burrito of New Mexico. 
   Burritos are made of Flour tortillas, meat,cheese and refried beans.
It has a long history as Hand-held take-out foods.There is a folk story.a man named Juan Mendez who sold tacos. And during during the Mexican Revolution period, to keep the food warm, he wrapped the food in large homemade flour tortillas by napkin. At the end, burrito became the name of these large tacos.
