Fajitas

Fajitas are mainly known as mexican food but can also be labeled as new as new mexican. it consists of  mixed beef, chicken, onions, beans, salsa, and other ingredients of fajitas. Fajitas true origins comes from the year of 1930 when in the ranch areas of south and west Texas. Butchers would cut up their cows and give the parts they didn't want to they gave to mexican vaqueros ( head, entrails, hide.etc) These mixtures of meat is where the fajitas got their mix of different food varieties.
