Water

How we use our water in our cities is not substainable. We polute our water, and maybe unlike the village of El Cerrito. We abuse how we use our water in the cities. I think water should be open to everyone. Water shouldn't be sold because water was here on the earth before all us and all of us have a right to it.But, on the other hand if certain people have been next to a water source for a extended period of time then they (I think) should have the rights to that water source or water rights.We can better ensure that those of city or country has availability to that water is by protecting our water from harmful chemicals, polutates, or by making it avaliable to all who wish to use it. water rights and water use can change over time because if theres the continued use of that water and since we're in a desert those water rights couldn't be there anymore along with  water use as well.
