  Water plays one of the most important role in the nature. But water is still  limited,and water became a big problem in the whole world. So I think water should be restricted,and we should increase the utilization rate of water and efficiently recycle water especially arid regions.I think water should not be sold. Although it boost cities' development,  We have obligation to protect water's sources and keep water to be active.
