water

"The availability of water looks to be the defining issue of our nascent century, and monetary considerations are strongly pressing rural residents to sell their water rights for urban development needs."

i think seeing these pictures water should not be sold. well more for the country anyways. i say if its on their land then its technically their water to do what they please. but if its the city, so many people live there and its harder to get water. so in a way water shouldn't be sold. as I'm writing this i keep thinking well that's unfair to people in the city. so I'm practically back tracking everything i just said. water shouldn't be sold if your in need of water. now if your going to subway and you buy a bottle of water that's fine. but if you're in dieing need of water then it shouldn't be sold.
