Juan De Oñate

Juan De Oñate treated the Manso people kindly because he saw that they were catholic due to the cross mark a Manso indian greeted him with. Juan decided to have a feast and invited the Manso people for being so friendly. When Juan met the the Acoma people tough, he was very rude and treated them poorly since they weren't catholic. When they killed his men he treated them even more horribly. Cutting off limbs, years of slave labor and much more to show his power over them.
